Kell Trades was hired to remodel a mudroom area that lacked access from the garage and was underutilized due to space constraints. The room was separated from the garage by a concrete wall and featured a fireplace that made the space feel cramped. The project aimed to improve accessibility, open up the space, and add utility features, including washer and dryer hookups and a water fountain.
