Kell Trades was hired to remove an outdated 12x10 uncovered deck and replace it with a larger, more functional 12x26 covered deck. The original deck lacked stairs, limiting access to the backyard, and didn’t provide sufficient space or protection from the elements. The new deck design featured a covered roof, providing year-round outdoor living space, and included a set of custom switchback stairs for improved accessibility and flow.
